Suzanne Brailey paints mainly in watercolor and pastel. Although she does paint landscapes, she loves painting people…people in the landscape, portraits, people in everyday situations …to record the beauty of our daily life. Her style is realistic and fairly loose, to try to capture what she sees. She often travels for new subject matter.
Suzanne is also a member of New England Watercolor Society, North Shore Arts Association, the Copley Society and Academic Artists.
Her work has won numerous awards, including a month’s residence to paint in Dinan, Brittany, France by L’Association des Amis de la Grande Vigne.
