Jacqueline Harrington Jacki Harrington has been a pressed flower artist for fifteen years. She started pressing flowers in order to decorate a calligraphy piece for a client. Soon after that, she discovered the World Wide Pressed Flower Guild and her world hasn’t been the same since. Although the universal term is pressed flowers, it is really pressed plant material as we use leaves, bark, roots, and vegetable skins as well as flowers. Where pressed flower art was once mainly floral arrangements, many now do landscapes, people, animals, and collages.
