A CALL TO ARTISTS: THE ART OF STRUCTURE

Charles Fine Arts invites you to submit artwork for our upcoming exhibit ‘The Art of Structure’. This show is scheduled to be on display from August 7 through September 28th of 2025. 

The Art of Structure explores the ways artists engage with the built environment; celebrating the forms, rhythms, and intricacies of architecture. From sweeping facades to quiet ornamental details, the exhibition reveals how structure can inspire, ground, and transcend. This exhibit invites viewers to see buildings not just as spaces we occupy, but as subjects of reflection, memory, and artistic expression.

Limitations:

Each submitted piece should include a structure.  It could be a realistic or abstract creation. The structure might be a building or just architectural details.

• All work must be framed and wired or finished on all sides.
• Sculpture must be presented on its own pedestal.
• No more than 20 works will be accepted in total.

Deadline for submission:  Thursday, August 31st at midnight

Please supply high quality digital images in JPEG form of your work to jcharles@charlesfinearts.com. 

You may submit up to two (2) images.

IMPORTANT DATES

Submission deadline: Wednesday, July 30th

Notification of acceptance: Friday, August 1st

Drop off for accepted works: Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th.

Opening Reception: Thursday August 7th from 5-7pm

Exhibit on display through September 28th
